### **Online Class Policy** By enrolling in our online classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions: ### **1. Enrollment & Access** - Upon registration and payment, you will receive access to course materials and live sessions (if applicable). - Access is for personal use only and cannot be shared, distributed, or resold. ### **2. Payments & Refunds** - Full payment or the first installment (for payment plans) is required before access is granted. - Due to the digital nature of our classes, **all sales are final**, and no refunds will be issued. - Payment plans must be completed in full, even if you choose not to finish the course. ### **3. Rescheduling & Cancellations** - If a live session needs to be rescheduled, we will notify you in advance. - If we cancel a class, you will receive a full refund or credit toward another program. ### **4. Intellectual Property** - All class content, including videos, worksheets, and guides, is the property of **Embodiment By Ashley**. - You may not record, copy, or distribute any materials without written permission. ### **5. Code of Conduct** - Be respectful and professional in live classes and community discussions. - Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund. ### **6. Liability Disclaimer** - Our classes provide educational and informational guidance on wellness, fitness, and personal development. - We are not responsible for individual results or outcomes.
